  • Another...

    QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.

    1) What would you guys do if you were signed right now?
Probably the exact same thing... Travel and play shows. We have a lot of friends on labels, and it doesn't change all that much... We'd be paying a large percentage of everything to other people...haha, thatd change.

    2) Do you think that bands involved in charity shows are doing good for society or just loving the attention/publicity?
Nope, those are nice bands (:

    3) If you were to choose bands to tour with, who would they be and why?
Bidwell... We're on tour with them and its freakin rad. Probably some friends of ours like bands in our top friends. Or any kind of national headliner...ofcourse (:

    By the band:

    GOODNIGHT SUNRISE.

    Check them out on:

    HMM I WONDER....

    THE ANSWERS!!!

WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO SAY?

    -----------------------------------------

    1. Our band would go buy a dumptruck if we were signed right now.

  • Bothered By R.I.P

I just read on another band promoter's site (someone like me but even better) that a bassist of a band called Close To Home passed away because of lung cancer. I was shocked and for the first time I felt sad (because of someone's death) because normally i wouldn't know how to feel when these kind of things happen.

I couldn't understand why some people had to die (Steve Irwin R.I.P dear,  Heath Ledger R.I.P to you too dear, Aaliyah...and so many more) and I never felt any sorrow inside myself. I do feel guilty for not feeling sad...i didn't feel sad...i just felt like...WHY DO THEY HAVE TO GO?

Now eventhough I don't know this guy, Bradley Grant Thomas Andress and I have never talked to him or wrote him a message or myspace before I still feel sad =( because this is before his band even got signed. He didn't live to the day his lovely band (Close To Home) got signed, how can this be?

His passing was a long time ago I know (back in 2006) but like I said I JUST READ meaning like this morning.

You guys know how passionate I am about rockbands and hope to work for them one day, to be their friend when they are alone, pray with them when they need me because I love these talented and "made-to-impress" people.  I look up to them, I admire them....I hope God understands why I love rockbands and rock music sooooo MUCH. They're not my idols....just people I can't turn my face away from.

I know that all things wil come to an end, dreams will turn to dust and your home or your estate will be someone else's belongings, someone's else's home and estate when you die...these I know...

But I know not why I wasn't there when this bassist of this band, Close To Home passed away...

Only the Almighty Father in Heaven knows....

    IN RESPECT AND LOVE TO:

    BRADLEY GRANT THOMAS ANDRESS,

I just want to say with your lovely face looking down on me, standing with the almighty God who loves the world so much, I hope you are proud of me that I wrote this for you.

I NEVER got a chance to know you (back then I didn't have a myspace) and I NEVER even met you but I know that one day...just one day we'll meet each other again in Heaven.

I dedicate this song to you (I didn't write it but I hope you will like it).

THE END - BY GROOVE COVERAGE.

My home is in motion, as darkness unfolds.
The air overloaded, the sky's dancing gold.
But you went away, you left me to stay
We'll see us in heaven, I'm counting the days

    Chorus:
At the end of time, at the end of us,
At the end of everything we had,
Only faith helps you, only grace can do
Only you can take the pain
Cause the end of peace is the end of life
and the end of any happiness
Only love helps you, only trust can do
Only you can take the pain of me

When thunder is calling I feel so alive
The very first morning, can you see the light?
But you closed the door, to what I adored
We'll see us in heaven, I'm counting no more

    Chorus
At the end of time, at the end of us,
At the end of everything we had,
Only faith helps you, only grace can do
Only you can take the pain
Cause the end of peace is the end of life
and the end of any happiness
Only love helps you, only trust can do
Only you can take the pain of me
